Leader in AI logistics seeking experienced CFO with expertise in Ports, Rail or logistics technology sectors, and overseeing multi national territories.

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company, aligning it with the overall business objectives
Industry-Specific Financial Management: Apply knowledge of ports, rail, and logistics technology to manage financial operations, including investment strategies, cost management, and revenue enhancement
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making
Global Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations in different regions, including Europe, the Middle East, Singapore, and the UK, ensuring alignment with local regulations and market conditions
Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders, communicate financial performance, and explore new funding opportunities
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Team Leadership: Build and lead a diverse, high-performing financial team, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity

Qualifications, Technical Skills, and Experience:

Extensive experience in a senior financial managerial role, ideally in the logistics industry or related sectors
Deep understanding of financial operations and strategies in ports, rail, or logistics technology
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, CFA, or similar qualification is preferred
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills
Experience managing global financial operations and teams
Proficiency in English, with additional languages being an asset
