CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Role Overview:

Seeking seasoned CFO with expertise in the Productivity Solutions software and a strong understanding of scaling fast growing software businesses multinationally.

Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, and analysis of financial data
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with the company’s growth objectives
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, develop financial forecasts, and implement budgetary control measures
Fundraising and Investment: Manage relationships with investors, lead fundraising rounds, and explore new investment opportunities
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, both in South Korea and globally. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders
Operational Efficiency: Implement systems and processes to improve financial and operational efficiency, leveraging technology for data-driven decision-making
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Qualifications, Technical Skills, and Experience:

Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial managerial position, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and performance analytics
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA or CFA is highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and financial data analysis
Exceptional leadership abilities, communication skills, and strategic thinking
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Korean being a significant plus
