Fast growing international player in software delivery solutions seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to manage the technology portfolio and lead the technology roadmap.

Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with the company’s goals
Oversee the research and development (R&D) of new technologies and software delivery methodologies
Drive technological innovation and ensure the adoption of state-of-the-art technology
Manage and scale technology infrastructure to support global operations.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology and business strategies
Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the technology team
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Represent the company at tech conferences and forums, enhancing our visibility in the tech community

Qualifications, Technical Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
A successful track record of technological innovation and strategy implementation
Proven experience in leading technology teams, particularly in the software delivery sector
Strong background in modern software development practices, cloud computing, and DevOps
Experience with scalable architecture for global software solutions
Proficient in Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection regulations
Technical expertise in emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, or blockchain is a plus
