Role Overview:
- Seeking seasoned Head of Direct Sales with expertise in Systems Monitoring and Management Software sector and security enterprise customers. Role reports directly to CRO. US/UK sales experience valued, potential for multi-territory sales leadership.
Role Location:
- Melbourne, Sydney
Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand direct sales team, with a focus on enterprise accounts
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the enterprise market
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations
- Understand and address the unique needs and challenges of enterprise customers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to enterprise sales
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline development
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications, Technical Skills, and Experience:
- Proven track record in enterprise sales within the technology or software industry
- Extensive experience and success in the Australian market; UK & US market experience also valued
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and manage large-scale sales operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and customer needs
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
