Role Overview:

  • Seeking seasoned Head of Direct Sales with expertise in Systems Monitoring and Management Software sector and security enterprise customers. Role reports directly to CRO. US/UK sales experience valued, potential for multi-territory sales leadership.


Role Location:

  • Melbourne, Sydney



  • Lead and expand direct sales team, with a focus on enterprise accounts
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the enterprise market
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations
  • Understand and address the unique needs and challenges of enterprise customers
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to enterprise sales
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline development
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences


Qualifications, Technical Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales within the technology or software industry
  • Extensive experience and success in the Australian market; UK & US market experience also valued
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and manage large-scale sales operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and customer needs
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
